cure for a bad mood

1) wake up at 7:30
2) run 3.4 miles with a cute friend
3) stretch
4) take a hot shower while blasting James Taylor (and singing along of course)
5) throw in a load of laundry
6) read the word of God
7) wear neon yellow shoes

I might have to implement this cure tomorrow. Too bad I'm not a morning person and the only neon yellow shoes I have are my stilettos from my wedding.
